Pricing

We offer shipping to our customers at a flat rate of $11.00 AUD per order. 

Orders placed that are over $100 worth of product will receive FREE shipping. Make sure you enter Code: FREESHIPPINGOVER100 

All of our orders are shipped using a Courier Service or Australia Post. 

Depending on where you are based in Australia, please allow 3-10 business days for your package to arrive. Our stock is shipped from Brisbane, QLD.

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

• We pack and ship orders each business day.
• Your order will be shipped next business day, if not earlier. 
• A tracking number will be available once your order is out for delivery. 

​Once your order has been shipped, Youjelly doesn't accept responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier, but we will always help wherever we can.

Currently, we ship anywhere domestically in Australia and have just started International Shipping!
