Shipping policy
- We pack and ship orders each business day.
- Your order will be shipped next business day, if not earlier.
- A tracking number will be available once your order is out for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, YouJelly Shoes can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we do not have control over.
All orders will be delivered and marked with an Authority to Leave unless selected otherwise at checkout. If you want your parcel to be delivered with a signature authority please email us directly at sales@youjelly.com.au with your Full Name, Order Number & Shipping Address.
YouJelly Shoes is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing.
